Hattem Matter and Hesa Khalifa to collaborate with popular dining destinations for a series of exclusive supper clubs, in calendar debut between March 30 – April 1

Through a series of exciting collaborations with leading culinary minds, Nomad Supper Club is set to descend on some of the capital’s most quintessential locations from March 30 – April 1. 

Never seen before in the emirate, this Abu Dhabi Culinary campaign will exhibit the prowess of regional and international chefs and elevate the already diverse dining scene within the capital – If this is already exciting you, wait until you see what else is in store!

Launching at the luxurious Emirates Palace, the first collaborative effort will see legendary pit master and Hattem Mattar and renowned food blogger, Hesa Khalifa on March 30 join forces for a showcase of sensual flavours and exotic flair. Food-savvy individuals can savour on a seven-course live fire tasting menu, including salt beef scallops, rib focaccia and apple pie sharp cheddar crostini and more. 

Kickstarting the second evening on March 31, Abu Dhabi’s first eco resort, Pura Eco Retreat will host a four-course smoke and fire menu featuring Arabian classics, inclusive of tacos with pure harvest tomato salsa and dates, mandi, and rocky road burnt marshmallow atayef. The event finale will be a ‘food truck takeover’ of the city on April 1.
