With a celebrated career that began at Lucknam Park in Wiltshire, Anthony has worked at multiple well renowned restaurants such as The Castle in Taunton, The Greenhouse in Mayfair and the Four Seasons Hotel in London, under Chef Bruno Loubet. In a few years, he would realize his dream of running his own restaurant.
In 2006, he opened his first venture, Arbutus in Soho, followed by Wild Honey in Mayfair in 2007.
In October 2018, Anthony launched Vermuteria, a café and bar in the new Coal Drop Yard development.
With a degree in genetic science in his back pocket and a passion for cooking leading his heart, Chef Faisal Naser forayed into the culinary world by storm. He earned a diploma from the Ashburton Cookery School, worked part time at restaurants in Leeds and specialized in Italian cuisine. Hailing from an Emirati and Kuwaiti family, convincing his family of his new found interest was difficult. However, the rise of social media and the exposure to new avenues managed to do the trick.
He now hopes to open his own restaurant in Abu Dhabi in the next few months and serve up his own original recipes there
